  1. I love Darshana’s food and was excited to take her cooking class to learn how to recreate her delicious recipes on my own. The cooking class was incredibly well organized, fun and educational! I left not only feeling confident about my ability to recreate her amazing dishes but was gifted with a mini sampling of the exotic organic Indian spices along with recipes; I would highly recommend Darshana’s cooking class for both the novice or experienced chef alike!

    • I am planning on doing classes in different locations in the future, I will let you know if there is a class scheduled in or close to Orange County.

  2. An afternoon cooking class with Darshana is about so much more than technique, although she is very well-organized and informative as a teacher. Watching the pleasure she takes in preparing the food guides the group into a shared experience that is nourishing beyond the body. And the results were exquisite; both the food and the enjoyment of it together.

  3. Darshana’s recent cooking class was a complete pleasure. The joy and enthusiasm the she brings to her class creates an experience that goes far beyond learning to prepare the dishes we were about to enjoy.
    She has a level of excitement about the creating and sharing of her recipes that is pure pleasure and a true gift.
    And then there’s the food. The finest. A true treat for the senses. The presentation is exquisite, the smell and taste, distinct and refined. Amazing. What a great day.
    Thanks Darshana.

  4. What a wonderful event! I consider myself a “remedial” cook, but the class was inspiring and comfortable. I came away from it feeling like I will be able to prepare more meals on my own. In addition to the wonderful food, all the people who came to the class were wonderful, interesting and fun. It was an all-around lovely afternoon.

    Darshana is a great cook, and very generous with her knowledge and experience. Her passion and curiosity for preparing the meal in a mindful and loving manner is engaging and inspiring! Both the preparation and eating of the meal were enlightening and very enjoyable! I will definitely sign up for more classes when they are offered.

  5. Hi Darshana,

    Wauw! That was really a great and delicious experience! Of course I had seen your cooking before, but to be really participating this time was a really enjoyable.

    Many thanks from the rest of the family as well!
    Like your gouverneur used to say;

    I’ll be back! ;-)

  6. Just discovered your website. If you ever conduct a cooking class in Rancho Palos Verdes
    or San Pedro, do let me know. I am a vegetarian but would like to adopt an ayurveduc cooking and lifestyle. Thanks.
