At the onset of Autumn when the weather changes and the temperature varies from day to day, I like to drink this tea in the morning and sometimes at night. It helps fight off common respiratory ailments associated with the changes in the weather like a cold, sore throat, cough and even flu.
When taken as a preventive everyday, I would recommend a milder version of the tea and only in the cold seasons. When taking full strength, take it only for a few days at a time or till the cold or cough is gone, especially in the warmer seasons.
